Mission
The Beaconhouse Clifton Campus aims to provide quality education of international standard with a learning environment that develops and nurtures inquiring, knowledgeable and caring individuals who aspire to become open-minded, socially responsible and passionate global citizens, prepared to meet the challenges of an ever evolving world.
Vision
At Beaconhouse Clifton Campus, we strive to stay ahead of times and embed the latest pedagogies in our teaching and learning. We believe in setting high academic expectations for all children and providing supportive systems to assure they are achieved. We make every effort so that all students become successful members of society and are able to compete in an increasingly complex world in which they will work and live. The caring and dedicated faculty and staff continue to encourage all students to set high goals for themselves and pursue their dreams.
Primary Years Programme is an inquiry-based approach for children aged 3-12 years. This framework is globally recognised and appreciated for its emphasis on addressing academic, social and emotional well-being of the students. Thus, fostering curiosity begins at a very young age that feeds into developing effective research, communication and social skills in our students, as they soar their way to the upper primary. Our learners have time and again proved themselves as international minded lifelong learners who actively engage with students across the globe to find out and propose action on multiple local and global issues. Our learners have represented the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, completed a 360-degree research and have taken actions to address the challenges of tomorrow. They have not just been appreciated but also recognised by the United Nations and the International Baccalaureate on their official web-pages.
Clifton Campus has a diverse set of facilities that includes a well equipped Library Learning Resource Centre, a dedicated Personal, Social and Physical Education (PSPE) curriculum and a well laid out Art and Drama framework. Together, we offer a challenging academic environment knitted with opportunities for holistic development.
100% of our staff is internationally trained and certified to deliver the IB-PYP. Teachers go through rigorous enrichment programmes, and continuous professional development opportunities to ensure they are well-equipped to facilitate need-based scaffolding to all learners. All our teachers are also closely aligned with the IB Community so as to share and reflect on best practices across the globe.
With the world taking a completely new turn towards educational standards and delivery, we hope to continue furnish excellence by providing inquiry-based learning experiences, maintaining transdisciplinary links for our students to be the leaders of tomorrow.
